"No surprise duties, really happy"
i mean, I was ordering from outside the UK so I was definitely a bit nervous about getting hit with random duties or extra fees.
Passenger made the tax side of things really clear at checkout, and when the parcel arrived there were no surprise charges, which was the main thing I cared about.
Delivery took a few days longer than buying locally, but it wasn’t a big deal. The clothes are lovely too, so I’d happily order again.

Overall, I’m really happy with the quality. I bought a hoodie and a tee from passenger-clothing.com, and both have a nice feel to the material. I’ve washed them a few times now and they’ve held up well so far. The fit was mostly right, though maybe a little on the loose side for me. Not absolutely perfect, but still a solid buy and I’d probably order again.

"Exactly as described"
I ordered a fleece and it turned up just like it looked in the photos and description. The fit, colour, and material were all pretty much spot on, so there were no surprises. I also got the order confirmation and receipt by email straight away, which was handy. Really happy with it and I’d definitely buy from Passenger again

I tried using a couple of codes at checkout, but only one of them actually worked and the other just wouldn’t apply. Annoying, especially after waiting in the queue for ages just to get to that point.

I ordered a hoodie and a couple of t-shirts from Passenger Clothing, and everything showed up exactly how I picked it. The sizes, colours, and items were all right with no mix-ups, which I really appreciated. I’ve had orders from other places in the past where something was the wrong size or colour, so it was nice for this one to be straightforward. Happy with it overall and I’d definitely order again.

"Honestly, Worth Every Penny"
Okay, I don’t usually say this, but this was worth every penny. Like, you know when you buy something and immediately start questioning your life choices? Yeah, not this time. I’m actually annoyed I waited as long as I did to get it. Super happy with it, no regrets at all.

I grabbed this gift card for my brother, and like these usually do, it came through quickly. He was able to use it without any issues, which is kind of what I expected, but still nice when it actually goes smoothly. Easy enough all around, no complaints from me

The colours were accurate, the fit on me was about what I expected from the model shots, and even the fabric texture came across well online. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and thought it was gonna be a whole hassle lol, but it really wasn’t. I emailed customer service and they got back to me way faster than I expected. They sorted the exchange without making it complicated, and the person helping me was really friendly. just a smooth experience overall, would def order again.

Using passenger-clothing.com was way less of a headache than I expected. So many sites make you dig through messy menus or click around forever, but this one was actually straightforward. I found the jackets quickly, the filters did what they were supposed to do, and checkout didn’t drag me through a million unnecessary steps. The size info was easy to find too, which is a relief because that’s usually the part that drives me mad. Overall, just a simple, hassle-free shopping experience for once.

The exchange did go through in the end, so I’m glad that part got sorted. But the whole process felt more frustrating than it needed to be. Replies took ages, and when I did hear back, the instructions weren’t very clear. I felt a bit dismissed, like my questions weren’t really being taken seriously.

They’ve got that relaxed outdoorsy feel without being too much, if that makes sense. The colours are nice and muted too, which is what I was hoping for.
